SB DANCE ARTS is the perfect place to host your next party or event. Our facility boasts over
8000 square feet to make your next special event a success. Whether we host your party or you rent
our facility, we want to work with you to make your event special.
PLUS our newly renovated dance studios have a collapsible wall that allows for a large 1800 square foot performance or muti
use space. Chairs are available to rent to make your event and performance professional and our rent subsidy program
(read below) makes it affordable for you!
Our four large dance studios are outfitted with stereos, speakers, and ipod connections. Thirty foot ceilings create an open environment and each studio has beautiful natural light and the new collapsible wall make endless possibilities for your next event. Plus our community area has tables, chairs, and couches for your guests to enjoy. Plus we have a partial kitchen that is available upon request. Please inquire for rates and information.

We offer hip hop, jazz, Broadway, Princess, Disco or customized birthday parties here at the center, or

Are you an artist in need of rehearsal space or an inviting community-oriented
place to hold classes and workshops? We would love to have your troupe, company, or classes be a
part of our community. Many artists have found our space to be welcoming, great exposure for their
program. We have over 500 individuals visit our space every week and we would love for you to be a
part of our family! Past renters include: Summerdance, Antoinette Lopez, Vanessa
Issac, Lisa Beck, Salsa Barbara and more!
We also have a music studio with a piano and keyboard PLUS four large dance studios to accommodate your needs that boast raised floors, stereos with
cd players and IPOD/MP3 connections, and a heating/fan system. Please read below for full
descriptions of the space and pricing information.

Studio A The PURPLE studio: 900 sq feet. maple floor, and observation windows that can be left
open or blocked.
Studio B The PINK studio: 917 sq feet, maple floor, and observation windows that can be left
opened or blocked. This studio has very warm natural light.
Studo C The GREEN studio: 1200 sq feet, all purpose marley floor.
Studio D The YELLOW studio: 750 sq feet, oak floor and observation windows.
Music Studio: 150 sq feet, piano, music stands, and keyboard.
All pricing below is our standard pricing. Individuals and organizations may apply for rent subsidies through the ARTS MENTORSHIP PROGAM, a local non-profit supporting performing and visual artists in the Santa Barbara community. For more information Click here
