Private lessons are available to help you or your dancer excel, establish and meet goals, and work one-on-one or in small groups with our professional faculty. Kids and adults enjoy personal attention and customized lesson plans to help them become more comfortable on the dance floor or to brush up on existing choreography. Also, you can consider a customized group private to accommodate your dancer and his/her/their friends and their unique schedule!

Private Lesson Policies
Private lesson payments will be charged at the time of booking.
We do not offer refunds for private lessons. Credits are available if the cancellation is within the stated window listed below.
If you need to reschedule a private lesson, you must provide two business days' notice (before Friday at 4pm going into the weekend) in order to receive credit towards a future lesson.
In the event of an EMERGENCY CANCELLATION over the weekend, you can try our after hours emergency number (805) 635-7928. IF our staff is able to pick up the message and communicate the cancellation to staff, we will hold $25 from the original lesson and apply the difference to the next lesson.
Lessons with requested instructors are not guaranteed without 72 hours’ advance notice, and are dependent on instructor availability.
You can book a semi-private lesson for up to four students (pricing will vary).
An email will be sent following your booking to confirm your private lesson date and time, the primary card on file will be charged, and your booking is official!
You must use your private lesson within one year of purchasing.
Private lesson rates are subject to change.
If Dance Arts makes an error on booking, you are eligible for a refund.
