Movement is medicine, and dance is a fun and positive way to invest in yourself! Join us for our 5 weeks adult hip hop sessions with Krystal. Never too late to join in a session at a prorated rate. Join with at least a week’s notice before a new session starts and get a great early bird rate of $75! All levels welcome, ages 16+

Dance Arts gives back
We are so proud of our team dancers and parent volunteers, who packed 500 sack lunches for those experiencing homelessness in our community. In collaboration with Adam’s Angels, we were able to bring a little comfort to our community.
We are also forever grateful to our whole Dance Arts community who came together to sponsor FOUR local families with holiday gifts and love. You all purchased and pitched in with over 60 gifts for 11 children. THANK YOU!!!! Your gifts brought holiday magic to two families at Domestic Violence Solutions and two families here at Dance Arts.

Our newest team, Catalyst, had their first studio performance during December Showcase and debuted officially at the Grace Fisher Foundation Winter Music Showcase. This collaboration with Move With Purpose is Santa Barbara’s first inclusive dance company. Many thanks to the contributing choreographers, Aly Corvin and Emily Stokes, and dancers Aly Corvin, Erika Cruz, Gwen Lundgaard, Rachel Faulkner, Shaundie Moore.

I am Her. She is Me is an intentional mother daughter empowerment brand that curates spaces to nurture one of life’s most sacred bonds.After 27 years of working with mothers and daughters, Alana Tillim, the owner of SB Dance Arts is proud to re-launch her mother daughter empowerment brand: I am Her. She is Me.
We present curated retreats, workshops and experiences to elevate this most sacred bond. Whether we are strengthening connections, breaking cycles or making memories we will be celebrating all the expressions and seasons of motherhood. From casual workshops to luxurious retreats, we will provide unique chances for you to connect as mother and daughter. I am so honored to bring this back with a new mission and vision and a team of powerhouse women to lead our first events.
